The New Catty!

I just LOVE the new catalog and there are 87 new stamp sets!!! I'm going to be sooo broke. lol!

The project on the front uses one of our new double-sided paper lines: Maggie! My fave! but Emma is fabulous too!!! And, we "rolled back the prices" on our paper lines so they're even more affordable for making fabulous cards, scrapbook pages and projects!!!

What else is new? 7 exclusive Copic Caboodle Sketch marker sets. Not new colors but with three of each color set for perfect blending! We still have the Ciao's too!!!

And, we have The Cinch and the Scor-buddy and gem packs and so much more!!! fabulous!!!

You can get a catalog from me for $5 or free with a $50 order or by scheduling a party! And, if you place a $100 order you can get half-priced items as well as free stamps!!! Contact me if you're interested!

Mini Nugget Mailboxes!

I'm just home from the TAC Seminar and had a BLAST!!! So much laughter - so many great projects - an out of this world FANTASTIC catalog and so very, very many good people!!! Laughter and Creativity - what can be better?!!!

We always do trades which means we get to come home with great samples and goodies made by other angels!!! So much fun!!! Here are the specials I made.
I had a bag of hershey nuggets that I wanted to use up so I googled hershey nugget projects and this is what I found: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yywhLqojOmE (great tutorial!!!) Aren't they adorable?!!! (please lie to me if you don't agree - lol!) I used the TAC Juliette paper/cardstock for the purple mailboxes and TAC Sands of Time/Kraft for the tan mailboxes. The extra jumbo flower punch and the 1/2" circle punch finish off the design.

It's a quick and easy and fun project and my July class peeps are probably going to get to make them so it's my first "sneak peek" of a class project!!!

Happy Stamping!!!

Dinosaurs!!

Dinosaurs everywhere!! I had a request for some kid thank yous and birthday cards and I thought the dinosaurs from the retired Kid Praises set would be perfect! I think it looks great with the Kaleidoscope boys paper, don't you?!
And, it didn't hurt that I'd just gotten this super fun dinosaur punch made by EK Success. Isn't it fun? What do you think?

Quick reminder: Blog hop on Sunday - new stamp preview!!! And, the new catalog is coming out at seminar next week. I can't wait!!! The previews have been AWESOME!!! Guess I'd better get busy on my swaps!!!

wonder and joy

Check back on Sunday night June 20th as it's time for another angel blog hop and we're featuring samples of the NEW Stamps that will be released at the end of the month with our new TAC catalog!!! In fact there's a set that goes hand in hand with Wonder and Joy featured above. It's such a cute set and so fun to color!!! The new images are really great so I'm really excited to see what everyone puts together!

So, back to Wonder and Joy...Here's another take on a card made with this same image but this time she's cut out and popped up. Isn't she a cutie?! And, with the crimped paper looking like a fence and the scalloped punch as a showcase spot...not a bad way to highlight the image. What do you think?

Summer Boys

How about a fun little thank you card? I just love this little guy from TAC's Summer Boys! This is a super fast card and cutting out the little baseball player really makes the image stand out on the maroon circle, don't you think?

Advice and Notes for the Bride to Be - quick little book

I had a request to make a gift for a bridal brunch. The aunt of the bride wanted cards to hand each person to write bits of advice or tips on marriage or notes to the bride. She wanted it to be in a mini book in the wedding colors but also needed it to be taken apart so here's what I came up with by using book rings for the binding. I used DCVW Brights for the cover and also used a variety of TAC stamp sets including the discontinued Blissfully Ever After for the pages. (Oh - the ribbon is hot pink even though it photographs red (oops!) but doesn't it look great with the lime green and pink scrapper's floss tied around it?! love it!.)

The aunt loved it so hopefully the bride will too! I sure had fun making it! What do you think?
